Maura Franks

Director/Solicitor

Maura qualified as a solicitor in May 2005 having joined a Brighton practice as a trainee solicitor in November 2003. Prior to this Maura worked in local government. Maura specialises in all aspects of children and family law, is a member of Resolution and also of the Law Society’s Children Panel.

Carly Mitchell

Solicitor

Carly qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and joined the firm in 2010.

Carly is a specialist children and family practitioner and is a member of the Law Society´s Children Panel and Family Law Panel. Carly is also a member of Resolution and is a Resolution Accredited Specialist, her specialist areas being children law and domestic abuse.

Sonja Rogers

Chartered Legal Executive

Sonja qualified as a chartered legal executive in 2004 and joined the firm in 2022. She is a specialist children and family practitioner and her specialist areas being children law and care proceedings.
